ALL GUIDELINES MUST BE FOLLOWED AND OBEYED.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 Years of Age to post a profile or work as a promoter.
There are no age restrictions for general members. All participants must pay a one time fee of $19.99 to register. Advertisers must be
professionals with the intent of advertising their services on participants
by means of temporary tattoo. 2. Circumvention
IT IS STRICLY FORBIDDEN THAT ADVERTISERS, PARTICIPANTS, AND PROMOTERS
EXHANCE CONTACT INFORMATION. THIS INCLUDES POSTING CONTACT INFORMATION
IN THE MESSAGE BOARDS AND CHAT AS WELL AS OUTSIDE Lease Your Body. EXCHANGE
OF CONTACT INFORMATION INCLUDING E-MAIL ADDRESSES AS WELL. THIS ACTION
CIRUMVENTS THE PURPOSE OF THIS WEBSITE, AND ANY VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT
IN IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION. 3. Payment Disputes
If there are payment disputes between any advertisers, participants, or
promoters, Lease Your Body will review the case and have the final say for
the resolution. 4. Membership at Lease Your Body
Participants may upload and display their photos in profile galleries
which any other member or third party user of the website may access.
5. Posting of Materials and Photographs On the
Website
a) You are responsible for all content and photos you post on the website
including profiles, the message boards, and chat area. You may not post
on Lease Your Body any content or photo that (1) is obscene or contains
child pornography or is harmful to minors in any way; (2) is offensive,
defamatory, libelous, false or misleading, threatening, harassing, abusive
or hateful; (3) violates the privacy or publicity rights of others; or
(4) violates the property rights, including copyright and trademark rights,
of others.
b) You represent and warrant to Lease Your Body that: (1) you are the owner
of any content or photo you post on the website (2) any such photo is
of yourself and no other person (3) all information and materials you
post or submit for posting are truthful and accurate.
c) Lease Your Body may, in its sole discretion, refuse
to post any content or photo you submit on the website. It may also delete
material deemed inappriorate to the goals of Lease Your Body. All participant,
advertiser, and promoter profiles are subject to approval by Lease Your Body.
6. Copyright and Trademarks
You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted
material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining
the prior written consent of the owner of Lease Your Body.
7. User and Member Information and Photographs
Lease Your Body owns any information you provide through your use of the
website. Lease Your Body reserves the right to reproduce and use such information
for its own marketing or other purposes. Such information will not be
sold or otherwise provided to any third party without your consent.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Lease Your Body, its subsidiaries, affiliates,
officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any
loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees,
made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service
in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement
and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lease Your Body SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES,
WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, AND WHETHER ARISING
IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE,
ARISING AS A RESULT OF: (A) THIS AGREEMENT; (B) YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE,
CONTENT, SERVICES OR ANY PRIVATE OR PUBLIC GALLERY; OR (C) UNAVAILABILITY,
INACCURACY, LOSS OR DELETION OF THE WEBSITE, CONTENT, SERVICES OR ANY
PRIVATE OR PUBLIC GALLERY (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS,
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, CONTENT, SERVICES
OR ANY PRIVATE OR PUBLIC GALLERY, DATA LOSS, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION,
OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS), EVEN IF YOU HAVE NOTIFIED Lease Your Body
IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
12. Cancellation
Lease Your Body reserves the right to cancel this Agreement at any time
for any reason whatsoever and to revoke your membership in Lease Your Body
and your access to website content and services.
13. Participant Fees
Lease Your Body will collect a fee of 30% of every
contract signed between a Participant and an Advertiser. A portion of
these funds may be used to pay Promoters.
14. Promoter Reimbursement
Promoters will be paid 8% of every contract
they refer. An Advertiser MUST enter the promoters ID when booking a Participant.
It is the responsibility of the Promoter to ensure that this is done.
Disputes will be decided by Lease Your Body.
15. Right to Change Agreement
Lease Your Body reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time.
